Privacy and legal notes

Dear CUSTOMER, We wish to inform you, pursuant to article 10 of law 196 containing provisions on the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, that the information provided or otherwise acquired in the context of the services provided by us, will be processed in compliance with the provisions mentioned above and with the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of Nova Frutta Srl

By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out with the aid of IT/telematic means, aimed at the collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, cancellation and destruction. The owner for the processing of the data you provide is Nova Frutta Srl in the figure of its legal representative (Sole Administrator). The data processors are the officials present in the list available at the offices of Nova Frutta Srl, each with regard to the relative area of competence. 

If the services you have chosen are managed by third parties, your data will be communicated to the individual managers. The latter operate as "Data Controllers" for the treatment connected to the provision of the services for which they are responsible. 

Any refusal to communicate the data requested in the previous form prevents the stipulation and execution of what is contained in the service contract or of the related legal obligations. The data will be processed using tools and/or methods designed to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability, in compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 28.7.1999, n. 318 – “Identification of the minimum security measures for the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 15, of the law n. 196″. 

We also inform you that you can contact the Data Controller to exercise the rights referred to in article 13 of law n. 196, which for your convenience we reproduce in full at the bottom of this document. 

Art. 13 – Rights of the interested party 1) In relation to the processing of personal data, the interested party has the right: 

a) to know, through free access to the register referred to in Article 31, paragraph 1, letter a), the existence of data processing that may concern him; 

b) to be informed of what is indicated in article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h); c) to obtain, without delay, by the owner or manager: 1. confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and communication in an intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; the request can be renewed, unless there are justified reasons, with an interval of no less than ninety days; 

2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

3. updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of data; 

4. the attestation that the operations referred to in numbers 2) and 3) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; 

d) to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; 

e) to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him, envisaged for the purpose of commercial information or the sending of advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication and to be informed by the owner, no later than the moment in which the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge. 

2) For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), the interested party may be asked, if the existence of data concerning him is not confirmed, for a contribution to expenses, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in the manner and within the limits established by the regulation referred to in article 33, paragraph 3. 

3) The rights referred to in paragraph 1 referring to personal data concerning deceased persons can be exercised by anyone with an interest. 

4) In exercising the rights referred to in paragraph 1, the interested party may grant, in writing, a proxy or power of attorney to natural persons or associations. 

5) The rules on professional secrecy of journalists remain unchanged, limited to the source of the news
